  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt (140 g)
  • ½ cup almond milk (120 mL)
  • ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder (60 g)
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 ½ cups ice (210 g), more if you want thicker consistency

Optional Garnish

  • sugar-free caramel syrup, for drizzle, as desired
  • sugar-free chocolate syrup, to taste
  • peanut, to taste
