Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 1 package spaghetti
- 4 roma tomatoes
- ½ cup olive oil (120 mL)
- ⅓ fresh basil
- ⅛ cup fresh garlic (20 g)
- salt, to taste
Preparation
- Boil water for pasta.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.
- Dice tomatoes and thinly slice basil.
- Heat sauce pan for 3 minutes. Pour olive oil in saucepan.
- Add tomatoes and fresh basil.
- Stir for 5 minutes. Add garlic.
- Mix in pasta. Add salt to taste.
