Spaghetti Alla Chittara

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup olive oil (120 mL)
  • fresh basil
  • ⅛ cup fresh garlic (20 g)
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil water for pasta.
  2. Cook for 7-9 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.
  3. Dice tomatoes and thinly slice basil.
  4. Heat sauce pan for 3 minutes. Pour olive oil in saucepan.
  5. Add tomatoes and fresh basil.
  6. Stir for 5 minutes. Add garlic.
  7. Mix in pasta. Add salt to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
