  • 3 russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot® Sauce (60 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
