Sweet ‘n’ Spicy BBQ Sauce

    ketchup (240 g)
  • ¼ cup
    yellow mustard (60 g)
  • ⅓ cup
    apricot preserve (80 g)
  • ½ cup
    chipotle pepper, canned and diced (50 g)
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tablespoon
    ginger, diced
  • 1 tablespoon
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon
  • ½ teaspoon
    ground black pepper


  • 2 lb
    pork shoulder, or pork butt (910 g)
  • 1 lb
    sausage link (455 g)
  • ½ lb
    baby back ribs (225 g)
