Spinach And Feta Baked Egg Cups

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup baby spinach (20 g), roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (40 g)
  • ¼ cup diced tomato (50 g), about half a Roma tomato
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
