  • 6 oz baby spinach (170 g)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 slices bacon, roughly chopped
  • 4 slices bread, 3/4 in (2 cm) crusty, lightly toasted with smoked gouda

Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler.
