Ingredients

- 3 lb spinach (1.3 kg), puréed
- 4 lb chicken breast (2 kg), cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons Achari chicken masala
- 4 cloves
- 4 elaichi seeds
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
- Add cloves, garlic, ginger and onion, to oil until fragrant.
- Add chicken and chili powder and cook thoroughly.

- Add heavy cream and stir.
