- 1 banana
- ½ cup cottage cheese (110 g)
- 2 tablespoons diced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup whipped cream (60 mL), optional
- 1 cherry, optional
