Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 cup (125 g) shredded chicken, leftover
  • ½ cup (120 mL) teriyaki sauce
  • romaine lettuce
  • scallion, to serve

Preparation

  1. In a bow,l mix the chicken and teriyaki sauce.
  2. Place the mixture over the romaine leaves.
  3. Top with scallions.
  4. Enjoy!
