  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, whole

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch (1 cm) rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
  4. Bake for for 6 minutes until slightly crispy.
