Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 large avocado, or two smaller avocados, ripened
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate (40 g), (over 70%)
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g), agave
  • 3 tablespoons non dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon coffee powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
