Vegan Chocolate-Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients

for 5 servings

  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 cups (340 g) dark chocolate
  • 2 cups (340 g) white chocolate
  • Garnish, of your choice

Special Equipment

  • 1 egg carton

Preparation

  1. Line a 9-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside melted dark chocolate and white chocolate.
  3. Chop the top half of the strawberries off.
  4. Carve the inside of the strawberry hollow.
  5. Place strawberries in empty egg carton.
  6. Fill a piping bag (placed in a glass container) with melted chocolate.
  7. Fill the strawberries with melted chocolate and cover them with the top half again.
  8. Chill for five minutes.
  9. Dip in white chocolate and place in baking tray.
  10. Sprinkle on topping of your choice.
  11. Chill for another five minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
