White Bread Pizza

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (100 g)
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • italian seasoning, or any herb seasoning

Preparation

  1. Arrange the bread on a nonstick baking pan (you can smear butter on one side of the bread if needed).
  2. Top the bread with mozzarella cheese, then add red onion, tomatoes, peppers, and cilantro.
  3. Preheat the oven to broil to 425°F. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 5-10 mins. The cheese should be turning golden brown.
  4. Remove from the baking pan and top with seasoning mix. Serve hot with, if desired, some marinara or other dipping sauce.
