Ingredients
for 12 servings
- ½ cup butter (115 g), softened
- ½ cup sugar (100 g)
- ¼ cup brown sugar (55 g)
- 1 ½ cups all purpose flour (185 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup butterscotch chips (85 g)
- ½ cup white chocolate chip (85 g)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix sugars, butter, egg, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, white chocolate and butterscotch until dough.
- Scoop onto a greased baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
