Scrambled Eggs and Strawberries

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 pinch sugar

Preparation

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and mix
  2. In a saute pan on medium-heat, add butter and canola oil to a pan and once mildly heated, add eggs.
  3. Quickly fold and remove when eggs are half-done (soft-scramble).
  4. Retrieve from the pan. Plate and top with strawberries.
  5. Garnish with sugar and serve.
