Apparently these are also lactose-free and you can make cute little taco salad bowls out of them, which never in my keto dreams did I think this could be possible.
Find 'em in your cheese aisle at Costco. There are also rumors that they are sometimes available through Amazon Fresh.
You can order them from Amazon at $39.99 for a pack of 12 or find them at your local Starbucks, but they are definitely cheaper at Costco.
