    hummus, divided (675 g)
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 3 oz
    red pepper, roasted (85 g)
  • ½ cup
    beet, canned (100 g)
  • pita chip, for serving

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine 8 ounces (225 g) of hummus with the avocado. Puree until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Clean the food processor. Add 8 ounces (225 g) of hummus and the red peppers. Puree until smooth. Transfer to another small bowl.
  3. Clean the food processor. Add the remaining hummus and the beets. Puree until smooth. Transfer to another small bowl.
  4. Serve with pita chips.
  5. Enjoy!
