Fried Milo Quaker Oat Bites

Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 3 tablespoons rolled quaker oats
- 2 tablespoons milo
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup water (120 mL)
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a shallow skillet on low heat. Once heated, dollop your batter on like mini pancakes and griddle, just as you would with pancakes.
- Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, Nutella, syrup, or as is!
- Enjoy!
