Fried Milo Quaker Oat Bites

Fried Milo Quaker Oat Bites

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 3 tablespoons rolled quaker oats
  • 2 tablespoons milo
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup water (120 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Nutrition Info

  • Calories 305
  • Fat 16g
  • Carbs 35g
  • Fiber 3g
  • Sugar 12g
  • Protein 4g

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a shallow skillet on low heat. Once heated, dollop your batter on like mini pancakes and griddle, just as you would with pancakes.
  3. Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, Nutella, syrup, or as is!
  4. Enjoy!
