Ingredients

for 10 servings

  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream (295 g)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (295 g)
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream (295 g)
  • wooden ice pop stick

Preparation

  1. Add 2 cups (295 g) of softened chocolate ice cream to a tin foil tub, and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Layer with 2 cups (295 g) of softened vanilla ice cream, and freeze for another 15-20 minutes.
  3. Top with 2 cups (295 g) of softened strawberry ice cream and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  4. Lastly, add 10 popsicle sticks to the frozen rub. Cut the sides of the tub at appropriate distances.
  5. Slice the popsicles and serve.
