Thai Iced Tea Caffeinated Smoothie

Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 1 ½ cups thai tea (360 mL), brewed, cooled
- ½ cup whole milk (120 mL)
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (75 g)
- whipped cream, for topping
- 2 whole star anises, for garnish

Preparation
- Pour the Thai tea into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Add the Thai tea ice cubes, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
