    thai tea, brewed, cooled (360 mL)
  • ½ cup
    whole milk (120 mL)
  • ¼ cup
    sweetened condensed milk (75 g)
  • whipped cream, for topping
  • 2 whole star anises, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pour the Thai tea into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Add the Thai tea ice cubes, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
  4. Enjoy!
