  • ¼ cup maple syrup (55 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (60 mL)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (230 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation
