Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 2 oz gran reserva rum (60 mL)
- 1 oz passion fruit puree (30 g)
- 0.75 fl oz lime juice (25 mL)
- 0.75 fl oz simple syrup (25 mL)
- .5 oz pedro ximenez sherry (15 mL)
Garnish
- 1 pineapple leaf
- 1 slice lime
- 1 cherry
