Ingredients

for 3 servings

  • 2 cups wheat flour (250 g)
  • 1 ¼ cups hot water (325 mL)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder

Preparation

  1. Add salt, sunflower oil and hot water to the flour and milk powder. Use a spoon to knead the dough. When it has cooled down a little, you can continue kneading the dough with your hands.
  2. Put the dough in a ball and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Divide into 5 or 6 equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin cake.
  4. Fry in a dry skillet for 30-60 seconds on each side.
  5. Let cool, then serve as desired.
