Salad

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1 cucumber, chopped, quartered
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ⅓ cup carrot (35 g), shredded
