Salad

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper (100 g), chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (10 g)
  • 15 oz black beans (425 g), 1 can
  • ½ cup red onion (75 g), chopped
  • 15 oz corn (425 g), 1 can
  • ¼ cup scallion (35 g)
  • ¾ cup tomato (150 g), chopped
