BBQ Pulled Pork From Leftover Sauce

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 3 lb (1.4 kg) pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups (675 g) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup (220 g) light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Put all of your ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until fork-tender.
  3. Shred with two forks and combine with the sauce on the bottom of the pot.
  4. Enjoy!
