Ingredients
for 8 servings
- ¼ cup butter (55 g), melted or soften
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon cocoa powder, sifted
- ½ cup pancake mix (120 g)
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate (65 g), chopped
- heavy cream, or ready made frosting
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Cream butter and sugar in a bowl, then add in the eggs and the vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- Add the dark chocolate and the cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. Then, add in the pancake mix and stir.
- Pour the batter in a lined cupcake tray and make sure it has cupcake liners if you have non use butter or oil before putting the batter.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then retrieve from the oven and cool.
- Serve.
