  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup half-and-half (120 mL)
  • 18 oz polenta (510 g), chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick® ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dried Parsley flakes
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic Powder

Preparation

  1. In a medium pot, combine the butter and half-and-half and warm over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Add the polenta and break up with a wooden spoon or whisk, then stir until smooth. Add the salt, McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, McCormick® Dried Parsley Flakes, Parmesan cheese, and McCormick® Garlic Powder and continue stirring until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. Enjoy!
