- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup half-and-half (120 mL)
- 18 oz polenta (510 g), chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon McCormick® ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Dried Parsley flakes
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic Powder

Preparation
- In a medium pot, combine the butter and half-and-half and warm over medium heat until steaming.
- Add the polenta and break up with a wooden spoon or whisk, then stir until smooth. Add the salt, McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, McCormick® Dried Parsley Flakes, Parmesan cheese, and McCormick® Garlic Powder and continue stirring until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
