  • 2 cups natural yogurt (500 g)
  • 20 ice cubes
  • ½ cup milk (100 mL)
  • ½ cup water (100 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch saffron, to serve
