  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 4 oz asparagus (100 g)
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • lemon, zested, to garnish
  • rice, to serve
