Brownie Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 2 cups
    heavy cream (470 mL)
  • 14 oz
    condensed milk, 1 can (400 mL)
  • 3 tablespoons
    cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups
    brownie, chopped, additional brownies for topping if desired (150 g)
  • 1 cup
    dulce de leche (304 g)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, add the cream, condensed milk, and cocoa powder, and whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the brownies and gently fold to combine.
  3. Add the dulce de leche and gently fold, being careful not to fully incorporate into the mixture.
  4. Transfer to a baking pan and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
