Brownie Caramel Ice Cream

for 8 servings

  • 2 cups (470 mL) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (400 mL) condensed milk, 1 can
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) brownie, chopped, additional brownies for topping if desired
  • 1 cup (304 g) dulce de leche


  1. In a large bowl, add the cream, condensed milk, and cocoa powder, and whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the brownies and gently fold to combine.
  3. Add the dulce de leche and gently fold, being careful not to fully incorporate into the mixture.
  4. Transfer to a baking pan and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
