Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream (340 g)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (280 g)
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (150 g)
- salt, to taste
- 5 cups broccoli (500 g), cooked and chopped
- 1 ¼ cups pasta (240 g), cooked

Preparation
- Prepare the roux by adding the butter, flour, garlic and onion to a saucepan and mixing on low heat until thick.
- Gradually add the cream to the roux and stir until it is a thick consistency.
- Add the cheeses and salt to your liking.
- Continue to mix the sauce until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the cheese sauce to your broccoli and pasta and mix until everything is coated in the sauce. (Leftover sauce can be kept in a jar in the refrigerator for 1 week)
