    dijon mustard
  • ½ cup
    raspberry, pureed (130 g)
  • ¼ cup
    lemon juice (60 mL)
  • ¼ cup
    red wine vinegar (60 mL)
  • ¼ cup
    balsamic vinegar (60 mL)
  • ½ cup
    olive oil (120 mL)

Preparation

  1. Add Dijon mustard, raspberries, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil into a mason jar and secure lid tightly.
  2. Shake vigorously until ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Store dressing in the fridge and use within 1-2 weeks. You may need to shake up the ingredients again before each use.
