Salmon Steaks In Mild Curry Sauce

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 4 salmon steaks, caramelized
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup passata (115 g)
  • 1 teaspoon black garlic purée
  • 1 cup coconut cream (240 mL)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • salt, to taste

Preparation
