Ingredients
for 4 servings
- 4 salmon steaks, caramelized
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup passata (115 g)
- 1 teaspoon black garlic purée
- 1 cup coconut cream (240 mL)
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- salt, to taste
