  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • whipped cream, for serving

Preparation
