- 3 tablespoons old fashion oat
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for topping
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- whipped cream, for serving

Preparation
