Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 packet noodle
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 white onion, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 5 green onions, medium diced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt, or as per taste
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder, optional

Preparation
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Once cooked. Drain and add oil to prevent noodles from sticking together.

- Add soy sauce and vinegar. Then, add noodles and mix well to combine.
- Season to taste and serve.
