Ingredients
for 6 ice pops
- 1 ½ cups orange juice (360 mL)
- 15 oz coconut cream (410 mL)
- 1.7 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (35 g)
- ¼ cup maple syrup (60 mL)

Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, coconut cream, pudding mix, and maple syrup until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into 6–8 popsicle molds, filling almost to the brims. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze the pops at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight. For best results, let freeze on the a without other items on it.
- Unmold the creamsicles (run the mold under warm water if needed) and serve.
