Ingredients

for 6 ice pops

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice (360 mL)
  • 15 oz coconut cream (410 mL)
  • 1.7 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (35 g)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (60 mL)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the orange juice, coconut cream, pudding mix, and maple syrup until evenly combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into 6–8 popsicle molds, filling almost to the brims. Insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze the pops at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight. For best results, let freeze on the a without other items on it.
  4. Unmold the creamsicles (run the mold under warm water if needed) and serve.
