Piri Piri Chicken Dip

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 2 chicken breasts, small dice
  • 100 g (1 cup) cream cheese
  • 70 mL (⅓ cup) piri piri sauce
  • 1 handful cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Under 30 min

  1. Fry the chicken in a little oil for a few minutes until cooked through.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese until it’s melted.
  3. Stir in the piri piri sauce.
  4. Transfer all of this to an oven-safe dish and top with grated cheese.
  5. Grill (broil) for 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve with a selection of crackers.
  7. Enjoy!
