Quick And Easy Tomato Avocado Melt

Ingredients

for 2 melts

  • 1 english muffin, split in half
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • salt, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
