Ingredients
for 2 servings
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons organic cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 whole dates, chopped (if pitted - remove seeds)
- 2 tablespoons pecan
- ¼ cup all purpose flour (30 g)
- ½ cup milk (120 mL), soy recommended

Preparation
- Mix together banana and egg. Then, add oil/butter, cacao powder, baking powder, cinnamon and honey and mix together.
- Add ¾ of your chopped dates and pecans, then add all-purpose flour and mix well.
- Add milk and mix until well-combined. Then, add remaining chopped dates and pecans on top (Do not mix).
- Place batter in 2 greased ramekins and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Remove, puncture with a fork 3-4 times, then microwave again for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
