Nikki's Monster Cookie

Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • 1 cup oats (75 g)
  • ¾ cup flour (90 g)
  • 2 bananas
  • candy, ¼ cup (50 g) M&M's, 1/4 cup (50 g) crushed Oreos, 1/4 cup (50 g) chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • peanut butter, or Nutella for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g), or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients: oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda. Mix until well combined
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, mash in bananas and the remaining wet ingredients: vanilla, egg, honey. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until this becomes homogeneous. Fold in preferred candy and refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out into balls or scoop with an ice cream scoop onto a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and drizzle peanut butter and or Nutella on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
