Ingredients
for 1 serving
- ¼ cup rolled oats (30 g)
- ½ cup milk (100 mL)
- ¼ cup banana (50 g), mashed
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (75 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons sprinkles
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 ’C
- Place the oats and milk in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute
- Add the oat mixture, banana, yoghurt and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into an oven safe dish and add the sprinkles on top
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve warm.
