Mini Chocolate Vegan Tart

Ingredients

for 1 serving

Crust:

  • oreo cookie, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Filling:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chip (175 g)
  • ¼ cup soy milk (60 mL), or creamer

Topping:

  • vegan whipped cream
  • 1 oreo cookie, crushed

Preparation

  1. To make the crust, melt margarine for 30 seconds, stopping every 15 to check if melted.
  2. Mix melted margarine into the crushed Oreos inside the bowl you’ll be serving the tart in.
  3. In another bowl or glass cup, melt the dark chocolate and milk or creamer together for 20-30 seconds. Add this into the crust.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  5. Top with vegan whipped cream and Oreo crumbles. Serve and enjoy.
