Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 6 fl oz
    champagne (180 mL)
  • ½ fl oz
    lemon juice (15 mL)
  • 1 slice lemon
  • ½ fl oz
    mint tea (15 mL)
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

  1. Pour the champagne into an 8-ounce (240 ml) champagne flute.
  2. Add the lemon juice, 1 slice of lemon.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
