  • onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup water (60 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Kosher beef hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • sauerkraut
  • French's yellow mustard
