- ¼ cup maple syrup (85 g), or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats (120 g)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 1 salt
