  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (225 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (60 mL)
  • pita chip, to serve
