- 3 lb boneless pork roast (1.2 kg)
- 1 cup apple juice (240 mL), or water
- 1 packet Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (80 mL)
- ⅓ cup sesame oil (80 mL), or canola oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 6 rolls kaiser rolls, split and toasted
- 1 ½ cups coleslaw mix (345 g)

Preparation
- Place the pork roast in a slow cooker.
- Combine the apple juice (or water), Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, soy sauce, sesame oil (or canola oil), garlic, and hoisin sauce in a medium bowl. Stir well, then pour over the roast.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low setting for 8–10 hours.
- Remove the meat from the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks, reserving the liquid.
- Spoon the pork onto kaiser rolls, then top with coleslaw.
- Serve with the reserved juices on the side as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
