Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 2 cups Weetabix crispy minis (40 g)
- ½ cup milk (100 mL), warmed
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (70 g)
- ¼ cup cream cheese (30 g)
- 2 teaspoons chocolate spread, optional
- fresh berry, to top
Preparation
- Line a 9x9 container with Weetabix. Top with Weetabix and press gently with a fork to form a biscuit base texture.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the yogurt with cream cheese. Pour mixture over Weetabix and shake the container to smooth.
- If using, swirl in the chocolate spread using the edge of a butter knife or chopstick.
