- 14 oz extra firm tofu (395 g), 1 block, drained
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup tomato sauce (65 g)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne
- olive oil, for drizzling
- 4 small corn tortillas

- tomato, diced
- vegan shredded cheese, or regular
- guacamole

Preparation
